If i kneel one char then jaime is killed and i somehow return him to play …..can i kneel another? I'm thinking yes but wanted to be sure.

This is basic "limit" rules.

Unless otherwise specified, limits on non-event cards are "per card." If a card leaves play, then re-enters play, it is considered a new and different copy of the card, meaning that the limit for "that" card has not been reached yet.
