On pg.375 of the Rogue Trader Core Rulebook, the rules for servitors state that they may come equipped with a "lumen globe". Since I wanted to fit my Servoskull with the
Search
-skill and plan to roleplay a medic, I thought that I'd go with the Lumen Globe for light, which is always useful, especially since I won't be the Tech-Use or Security-based kind of Explorator.
However, I can't find rules for the Lumen Globe anywhere. I would expect that it some kind of simple light, but I'd also expect it to be amongst the gears somewhere, in any of the books. But it's not. I did a quick search through the .pdf's, and found nothing. Did a search through the Character Sheet and Armory .xls' that are floating around, and again came up empty, suggesting that it's not only unmentioned in Rogue Trader, but in fact across all the various books.
So what gives?
Lumen Globe?
It is the problem with some Rogue Trader books that the equipment they mention is usually referenced in Dark Heresy books. It's a good idea that if you don't find it in Rogue Trader, check Dark Heresy Core Rulebook or the Inquisitor's Handbook . In any case, the lumen globe stats:
