Well Stealth is a keyword, and a keyword is not a character ability. You should read the FAQ which is found under the support tab for the AGOT news page.

ie, "correct; immunity to character abilities does not protect from keywords like stealth, deadly, intimidate, and so forth because keywords are, by definition, not character abilities."
