when you play with Nyarlathotep AO and use for ex only the base board with little expansion, do you put in game the masks from dunwich, kingsport and innsmouth too?

Poor Nyarly needs all the help he can get- You should even consider house-rules that spawn masks monsters FASTER> [Monster Surge? Mask Spawns!]

Nyar says to add the five Mask monsters because when he was designed, there were only five. Now, there are ten—you should use as many of them as you have on hand.

Note that when you add a monster set, the percentage of the cup that are Masks shouldn't change a whole bunch. That is, you're probably not supposed to add in the Kingsport Mask monsters, for example, if you aren't using any of the other Kingsport monsters. But I would anyway, since the more the merrier!
