Bara player has Laughing Storm standing with Flame-Kissed attached, so it's strength is 1. Plot phase, Bara flits Threat from the East and Targ flips Threat from the North. Does TLS get reduced to 0 and discarded from play because of TftN's constant ability before or after TftE's "when revealed" effect resolves? Or put more generally, what resolves first: a "when revealed" effect or a constant ability?

Being killed/discarded by one plot will not physically remove the character from play until all plots revealed at the same time are resolved (as well as passives and Responses to those plots being revealed). Effectively, for the situation you describe, the Bara player will get to use TLS with Threat from the East "on the way out," no matter what order the plots are resolved in.
