When I had received my copy of Descent, I had noticed that quite a few of my minis have been twisted entirely out of shape by packing them in so tightly. My Merriod is basically hiding its face from embarrassment and I've got Goblin Archers with mangled bows. Any ideas on how to get them back to their original shape or if FFG could replace them?
Miniatures crushed in sealed bag.
Dip them in boiling water for 4-5 seconds, reshape, then drop them in ice cold water.
There is a "damaged parts" replacement form you can fill out to get damaged pieces replaced. I can't seem to find the link for it but I'm sure someone else knows where to find it.
I had the same problem. I just filled out the form and now I am waiting to hear back from them.
I'd just like to give an update. I sent in a request regarding my minis and hadn't heard anything. Today I received a small package with a new Merriod and two Goblin Archers. Thanks so much FFG for the incredibly quick support.
My claim was denied. All I did was ask if I could purchase some more because some were damaged, I wasn’t even ask for free replacements. They wanted me to take pictures and send them in too them. I don’t have the time so I just wrote it off. I’ll use proxies.
Boiling water is perfect to restore bended pieces.

This advice sounds so similar…
In my experience it's always worth speaking to FFG about replacements. They do ask for evidence of the damage, but if you've got that, they have generally been quite helpful to me, if not the speediest to send out the replacement material. That said, they're a games company. No one is going to die if they don't get their bits straight away.
For me, the binding on my copy of Black Crusade started coming apart after a couple of weeks, and they sent me a free replacement after I emailed a few pictures of the problem. (Unfortunately the binding on the replacement is also now coming apart, so I mights stick to PDFs from FFG until they find a new printing/binding company to do their work).
Yeah, typically figures that are made out of soft plastic like thiis do tend to get all bent out of shape while being shipped, (better they bend than break as would happen with harder plastic) but as has already been mentioned it's an easy fix. The only time you would need them replaced is if they were actually damaged, i.e. pieces broken off or the figure is gouged or scratched up, that sort of thing. Companies like FFG usually require proof (pics or returns of the actual figs) to make sure someone isn't trying to get a figure that they didn't have or are trying to cop a free extra, or one that they screwed up themslves. Seems fair to me.
