What happens iIf you are turned into a Toad & you have the Genie still with 3 Spells.
Do you leave the Genie on the space you were turned into a Toad together with the 3 Spells? or do you discard the 3 Spells, or Is the Genie discarded with the 3 Spells?

I should say that you must put the spells beside the board because they are from the genie. And if someone pick the genie up, he takes the spells that the genie knows !
You can't ditch spells so i should say: put them beside the board.
It sounds weird if you throw the spells away because THAT are the spells that the genie knows ! And it would be a problem if someone picks the genie up !
A other option is:
If you ditch the Genie, and the Genie lost his spells because of ditching, (go to the discard deck) and you do that after you have use the second spell of the Genie, the next character would pick the Genie up with 3 new spells again. This means that a character can use the Genie anytime,and the Genie has never to be discarded !
How that sounds?

That is the correct option.
We are waiting for a FAQ what the meaning is of the Genie.
I can't imagine that FF will allow spell recycling again..
Maybe they must make a exception to allow it to discard the genie when you ditch it because he has no spells) or place the spell cards under the genie to prevent spell recycling
