I like the Emperor's artwork…although I'm amazed that the Jedi Temple is still smoking like that, eighteen years after the attack. :P

I thought the Emperor in that image looks too much like the Robot Chicken version of Palpatine.

You say that like it's a bad thing.

Perhaps the artist was capturing Palpatine as he looked out his office window to gaze upon the annual Jedi Temple BBQ and Ribfest? You don't know for sure, so don't make fun of it lengua.gif

This is starting to sound pretty awesome to me, actually. It could be a bit more thematically fitting, but on the other hand it does sound very fun, decently tactical, and with good replay value.

Yeah, the game play itself is really fun. Their biggest problem is that watching it doesn't look so fun, but when you sit down to play it's very engaging and has a surprising number of tactical options. I don't think they quite have the LS/DS balance worked out yet, though that could quite easily just be a problem with the two decks they were demoing. They did indicate they were going to change the Force Choke card because it was completely nuts with Darth Vader and a first turn Vader by the Sith deck was all but impossible to beat (Vader has an ability that lets him deal 1 damage to any unit when you play a Sith event card, Force Choke is a Sith event card that plays for 0 and does 1 damage to any character). The first game I played I was DS and got Vader out first turn and completely dominated, abusing Vader's ability with all of my event cards (and an objective that for the demo they were starting out that reduced the cost of my first event each turn by 1). The other demo I played as LS and my opponent got Vader first turn. I managed to come close in the end, but never really had much of a shot. One of the designers told me they were probably going to tweak Vader and/or Force Choke though so that would be nice. And it's possible that the two decks they demoed just weren't balanced against each other but that the game itself has no such balance issue. It is something to keep an eye one with the two sides having different victory conditions… that makes the game much harder to balance (and pvp games need to be balanced more than solo/co-op games where it's ok to have one side win 80% of the time).

Im really interested in this game, I cant wait for this to come out ill be watching the video soon as I get the chance
