in this case.... object measn just one of all objects or 'just object but magic object'?

From the rules, Page 12 -

Both Objects and Magic Objects are classed as Objects.

So yes, the Thief may take a Talisman from someone else.

If the thief want to steal something from the village, can he buy objects too at the blacksmith?

I am not sure about the wording of the thief.

The merchant says also.

I don't see why using an ability would prevent you from encountering a space.

But this is something else..

So the thief may steal and visit one of the places in the village..? it is not actually standing in the rules..

Speaking with Jon,

He says that the thief must choose, if he want to steal something while at the blacksmith( in the village) or buy something. this goes for the market etc too !
