Is foil Red Lotus of the Sun only promo? Because I just opened up a KOF 2006 and got one as the rare.

It's promo only. Any instance appearing in a booster pack would be a mistake.

Some random people got them in the last couple sets in packs I guess their mess up's like how the black cards get in packs as well . But to answer it ya its a promo that some of the regionals get this season.

ffg has been doing realy weird stuff. i got a tiger fury in a pack so it doesn't suprise me you got a red lotus.
