I got this Alt Ending in my last game. Normally when a character dies while a character is on the crown of command he's out of the game right? well there's a little paragraph in it:
If a character is killed, he must keep all of his Quest Rewards.
Does this mean if a character dies he can come back as a new character and keeps his quest rewards? A little confused. I played it as when the character got killed he was out of the game completely, but was that wrong?

The idea is that when a character dies mid-game (prior to anyone reaching the CoC), you start with a new character and keep the QRs gained so far, thus you won't have to complete another four Warlock Quests before thinking about hitting the Inner Region. Permanent death after reaching the CoC still applies, although I have no idea how you would reach the CoC with the Sacred Pool ending and then die. Well, okay, I can see how you could get it to happen, move to the CoC before you have 4+ QRs, but there is no reason to go there before that, Sacred Pool as written cannot be a hidden ending, so everyone knows what is needed to win, so why go there before that? Sacred Pool ending, like the Warlock Quests ending is one where there is no endgame, the game ends the moment someone reaches the CoC (because nobody goes there unless they meet the win-requirements).
