Do passive abilities, such as Riverrun, still trigger if the location has been knelt? I would think yes since knelt locations still produce coin and the ability does not require kneeling.

If I lose a military challenge with Ser Parmen Crane and Ser Cortnay Penrose in play can I choose Penrose as the target for the kill and then use Crane's response ability to kneel one influence and save Penrose?
