When i encounter a dragon card do i discard the token from the board or no?

Do i still place dragon tokens if im in the highlands or dungeon regions?

Dragon scales are placed on Dungeon & Highland spaces just like on the main board.

When im in the inner region, do i still draw dragon tokens before i move? if so where do i lace the token if one becomes king?

One more: I drew the exorcist's blade where you may use your strenght instead of craft in psychic combat. Can i add strength from items as well?

I'm pretty sure it just means whatever strength points you actually have.

If appropriate, the other items' strength would be added to your attack/battle anyway.
