What happens when your draw pile runs out? The rules say that you just can't draw any more cards, but does that mean the game is over? Do you reshuffle your discard pile (but not your dead pile)? I looked at the FAQ and errata and didn't see any clarification…

No, the game is not over.
No, you do not reshuffle your discard.
You just don't get to draw any more cards, and have to continue playing with what you have in play and in your hand.
