+++BEGIN FRAGMENT TRANSCRIPTION/EX-LOAD OF DATA-SLATE CONFISCATED FROM SUBJECT 459 (RIKKET,E)+++

"…(sigh [of resignation?]) God-Emperor forgive me; we would have suffered less beneath the crushing palm of Goge Vandire. (anguished cry, unintelligible)…and what I have seen makes the mind reel! The God-Emperor, stepped down from His throne! And disgusted…with us. All of us. His first proclamation? That to support the idea of His divinity will be punishable by death. (sobbing) If the church had retained its power this would never have happened. And now, sitting comfortable before this recording horn, I can admit no one will believe me. No one will believe me when I tell them The Emperor will rise, and on the fourth day of the seventh year of M42 mighty Terra will be sundered, struck from the roll of planets, reduced to a halo field of blasted soil and magma spray.

"Mankind struggles too much against oppression when it should submit. I will go back. (scuffing [chair on stone?]) I will go. Now. Awaken the singularity. I will become a trusted confidant and, when upon the cusp of freedom or oppression, I will put a bullet into the brain of Sebastian Thor. His loyalists will certainly immerse me in molten gold, but I do not care. The power of the Temple of the Savior Emperor must survive if we are to avoid this wicked scheme. This grand illusion, The Lernaean Parable."

+++FINDINGS OF THE SEBIASCOR TRIBUNAL/OPHELIAN CONCLAVE/1:245:773, M35+++

The remains of (supposed alias) Evan Rikket have been positively identified as human in every aspect, so the claims of alien conspiracy can be laid to rest. Clearly, his actions indicate a mind wandering freely in the darkness beyond sanity. His insistent raving, though convincing, could not be substantiated: the Machine Cult of Mars continue to insist that singularity travel is impossible; no such organization as the Divisio Immoralis exists; there are no Administratum records for a "Calyxis" Sector; and there are no persons within the Ophelian Conclave that can vouch for his status as a Throne Agent. It is our strongest belief he came upon the rosette in his possession by suspicious means, most likely murder and theft.
Most curious, however, are the trace toxicity levels found embedded in the blast coat he wore: all studies indicate current production levels will produce similar atmospheric toxicity on Mars (with a deviation for error of 00.000000089%), but not until the year 842, M41 (approximated).
