I'm not sure if this should go in here or in GM. How long does it take to travel from Scintilla to Fenksworld or Iocanthus or any other planet in the Calixis sector? I cannot find anything in any of my DH books on this?

There is no stated time for any of that. Warp travel tends to be rather fickle. Within a subsector, system to system warp travel like that probably takes about 1-2 weeks real time, maybe 4-7 days experienced in the warp. Rogue Trader would have a better way of figuring out an exact time.

If traveling outside the warp… I dunno, 500 years maybe? At least inertia is on your side.

Cheer for the tool darth Smeg, it'll come in useful in my next campaign. Unfortunately I'd already established that journeys can take months so it'd be an awkward change now!

They can indeed! The tool only tells of the warp-transition time. But to travel from a planet to safe transit distance can take day or weeks all depending on system and craft.
