No and no.

If you attack a legend through a zone, that zone is not considered to be attacked. It is considered to be the defending zone though, for effects which reference that.

Spell and Epic Spell are different traits, one doesn't include the other.

Thanks for your help Mallumo. Really bummed about Tor Aendris. Teclis is going to be a huge target that I don't think I'll be able to defend effectively enough to keep alive…
