Short and easy question:

Is there an official ruling on how to determine the first player in the first round before the first plots are revealed?

I searched the FAQ for 'first player' and found no helping line.

Flip a coin, guess number of tokens in hand, pretty much any method you want. Afaik there is no 'official' rule for it.
