OWL Maptools mini advenure, Saturday 21st July GMT/UTC +10, 1 player needed

Hello

Olde World League game. There's one spot available. It's a follow on from my previous session where the player's ship got attacked by Dark Elves. Here's the intro to the second session.

You awaken on the shores of a cold sandy beach. Your clothes are drenched and your body aches with every movement you make but your spirits lift, your alive! Your memory returns from amidst the haze of pain. Your League company (and several others) were on the way back from Tilea via a troop transport ship. You remember coming under attack by Dark Elves. The bastards caught you surprise, outmanoeuvring you and boarding your ship within minutes. You remember the fires on below decks caused by the mysterious fire oil coated upon the reaper bolts. You remember the disciplined lines of spear and shield corsairs carving a swath through your lines, the mysterious and terrifying elven females wreaking havoc and the murderous missile fire from venom tipped repeater crossbows sweeping your deck.


You also remembered the pain you inflicted on those bastard elves. The Dark Elves paid in blood for every inch of that ship they took from you, they were expected some fat helpless under crewed prison ship and not a boat filled with almost three hundred hardened mercenaries fresh from a campaign in Tilea. You gave those knife ears hell and showed them how real men fought. You made them pay dearly.

And then at the height of the fight you remember the Dark Elf sorceress, dealing death by the dozens at the wave of her hands. You remember bashing against the Dark elf spear wall, making space so you could detach the winch cables which held your ships together and then you remember the explosion which engulfed the intertwined ships. Then you awoke on this beach.

You get to your knees and turn around, wreckage from the two vessels gradually washes up on the shoreline around. You see several bodies floating in the water, rolling in and out with the sea tide. To the North and south of you there is only beach and in land lies a sinister forest, a prevalent mist hangs heavily over air which obscures your view past 100 feet. Where in Sigmar's balls are you?
