Hola people, I'm back with a smal lupdate to the univeral system. Librarians finally get a secondary doctrine (which one day I'll even finish) and I've added a psychic power conversion to the document (I found the file with the conversion on my hard drive - I haven't looked through it yet to see if it works, nor have I anyy idea who did the rules conversion to begin with.
