I did a search and did not find any ruling anywhere so I guess I will ask and maybe get a good answer. If you Use satin in multiplayer and one of the players has reached his draw cap and you choose to draw the cards what happens? I would assume everyone that could draw, would because you met the first condition of the card. The player(s) who had reached there draw cap would simply place the card back on top of their deck. Is this correct?

I believe this is correct.

So do I, because the card hasn't technically left the deck just by being revealed.
