i use E ability on the other person turn, the attack does damage, can i play that attack that i've reveal?

Not unless you find some way to play a form on your opponent's turn. You CAN play it as your next form, but since generally you can't play forms on your opponent's turn you probably won't get an chance to play a form on your opponent's turn.
