Basically, the deck revolves around trying to get as much momentum as needed to use Chun-Li's ability (Whereabouts, Achieving, and Cocky are there for this reason) while Mission of Peace and Challenged are there to ready Achieving or Cocky to reuse them again (or for Schmetterling if you're trying to pull of Tensei, which I wish I had 4 of). Nothing to Lose is there just in case you get tapped down, or if you need to pass that crucial check, and Superior Witch is just a defense against speed.

Not much else to say. Took me about an hour to work on this so......this is the best I can do with what I got. And granted, I wish I could beef it up, but yeah....
