Two things:
First; I shudder at the "Servo-skulls need love too." 
Funny, yet slightly creepy as well.
Second; ES when did you become a Ninja? You getting that new comic up was like a Moritat Assasin infiltrating an Inquisitorial Vault and expunging a poor Adept at his work.

Actually, if I had a choice I think I'd rather be an Eversor... bit more psycho but a kickass uniform

Sadly no. Due to Games Workshop's IP standpoint no fan comic or artwork can EVER be printed, sold or otherwise marketed outside of an unofficial digital format. If I tried it then GW would decend upon me like an Officio Assassinorum kill-team.

Perhaps if your comic was sucessful enough you and them could work something out. Though how GitP and Goblins managed to print their stuff is beyond me....
Unfortunately GW are of the mind that it is "fairer" (read easier) to just say "No" to everyone rather than say "yes" to some and "no" to others

That's a bad business model shutting out a source of potential revenue like that. Fluff really doesn't give them any excuse because all they have to do is print a non-canon stamp at the bottem of the cover.

I seriously doubt that it has anything to do with 'fluff reason'.
Don't get me wrong, I would gladly pay for SotI, EvilScary is doing a fantastic job and deserves far more than qudos for the great work he puts in. Some of the comics have made me fall of my chair I was laughing so hard

GW's standpoint on IP policy and fan related creations is harsh, very harsh, but in all honestly, it is also an incredibly shrewd business practice (in all meanings of the shrewd, including the archaic and some obsolete ones too!)

Yes, GW's standpoint seems to be "If we didn't ask you to make it, we won't pay for it".
It's nice to think that if SotI did well enough then GW would take me under their corporate wing, but the reality is I know they never will.
I'm fine with that though; I started drawing SotI because I enjoyed doing so -and I still enjoy it- not because I wanted GW to notice me or anything. As long as SotI remains fun I will continue to draw it.
Of course, your nice comments always help!
I hope its ok if I get off topic but has anyone noticed the same worrying trend in RP handbooks that I have. It seems to me that every book I buy has artwork from other books I've already purchased. Now I don't mind this recycling but it can get a little dull to see the same picture from two completely different books lying on your shelf.
Now to get back on topic I'd just like to express how much I enjoy this comic and look forward to reading more of it in the future!
