Just wanna clarify this for arguments sake. Asha Greyjoy says "cannot be saved". That means cannot be saved at all even with dupes correct?

Per the FAQ (4.3), the word "cannot" is absolute. So you are correct, KotS Asha can't be saved by dupes or any other effect. She can't even be chosen for a save effect.
