I was looking at the background packages from Book of Judgement and I noticed that The Sibellus Scrounger and Underhive Merchant packages both allow Adepts but they both require Hive Home world and Adepts arn't allowed to be from Hive worlds. So I was wondering which of these is wrong, that adepts are aloud or that they have to be from a hive world?
