Couple of specific questions

When you have a character die and he can search for characters ( such as Khal Drogo searching for Dothraki ) can you pick up duplicates and if so would this count towards the total sum ?

I play 'See who is Stronger ' to search for a Knight and put into play. Can i search and play duplicates, eg if I had Courtney in play already could i search for a duplicate of Courtney and put on him ?

Related question - when you use one without a cap (e.g. the Sand Snake spam when the Red Viper dies), it says "put into play." Dupes there?

Daenerys - when you use Drogo, the only thing that matters is that the cards you search for are character cards with the Dothraki trait. You take X of them out of your deck and put them into your hand. What you do with them afterwards is up to you.

As for the other question, yes, you can put into play additional copies of a unique card you have already in play. Those additional copies would attach themselves to the original card as duplicates. You can't do it if you have a card with that name in your dead pile, of course.

If i had the Red Viper in play and used the event card ' No time for Grief' I can get ALL my sand snake characters AND duplicates and put them into play ( providing none are in the dead pile ) ?

Yes, you can do that.

While it seems immensely powerful, it is not nearly as practical or easy as you'd think. People have created and played that deck. More than once. But it never really seems to take off.
