Shock Troop House Rule

Because my friends and I don't like that the only way to get Shock Troops is to either have Hope's End or roll a ten, we agreed that Shock Troops could be purchased for one recourse per Shock Troop. Do you think this is reasonable? Are they under priced? I want to get the opinion of more experienced players.

Slightly underpriced imho. 2 for 3 and 1 for 2 would be better I think.

Yeah, I was thinking of bumping it up to 1.5 per unit because Hope's End has a value of 3.
