Can an hero with telekinesis skill move a large monster?

Yes, there is no restriction or change in comparison with small monsters.

A common house rule seems to be that it costs 1 extra fatigue beyond the first square of the monster. So 1 fatigue to move a hellhound, 3 to move an Ogre, 5 to move a Dragon.
