So I was using Jon Snow + Ghost, and they become immune to events… With that they were able to survive Westeros Bleeds ( kill all characters )…

But what about the Plot card that says the same, is it considered an event too or does Jon Snow + Ghost dies?

There are few cards in the game that are immune to plot effects. Anyhow, events are just those brown cards with raven silhouettes on their left margin. Plot cards are definitely not events.
