i see where ur going with this deck but keep in mind his low hand size, so with that in mind here are my suggestions

cut the way of punishment from the deck, they deplete your already low handsize, and ive foound, at least in my playgroup card advantage= winning, also cut down or completly remove sardine;s beach special, look at this attack as a 10 difficulty card, this is because you need to commit three foundations to give it the damage boost. i suggest you swap it out for high plasma beam, it does the same thing basically, but u only commit one foundation and you can combo it off anakaris low hand size. just remeber that when playing with a 5 handsize character your almost always going to be playing catchup on the spill race, and your not running any card draw that i can see. i also see that your running 8 2 checks, to me thats way to many. so cards i would consider add are

aquakinesis, order/void, for card draw, 5 handsize is just to low

high plasma beam, order/earth, good kill card

remove the exist within, one because you cant affort the discard of two cards, to draw three, so in actual fact its only good for one card

add in blood runs true, its good for alot of things, and card advantage

add in forethought, with all the commiting your doing, u can shut down there turn

if you want, take the deck the mono order route. out of all his symbols order gives you the best stuff to play with, then you can splash for earth for revenants calling, also you aready dual symbol with p functions so ur halfway there

anyway these are my suggestions thanks for yours on my deck

i agree with the whole cutting out the cards that make you discard......dormant for millions of years and exist within

I wouldnt go as far as to say cut the ways of pushiment though its just too good and if you want to keep running sardines beach special although i would cut it down to 3

High plasma beam wouldnt be a bad idea either

sardine's beach special is a throw, high plasma beam isn't.

you can always run both id take out the crack counters and one arrow for 3x HIgh Plasma beams but thats just me

I agree that High Plasma Beam should be in the deck over Crack Counter, my only concern is that you aren't using many damage reduction cards to play into Anakaris' effect, although to be fair, I can't think of much in the way of minimum 1 damage reduction other than The Curse Of Immortailty, which, while very potent, does require momentum, which you don't have.

I wish I could say for you to just run a different character, but the deck you've got here is clearly built around Anakaris' resources and he is an underplayed character, so I'd say your best bet is to playtest the deck a few times to get a feel for the deck itself and the deck plan, and then filterout the cards you find yourself not using too often and try to get more cards that play into his hand size uppage as I imagine it's pretty useful late game :P

I originally did not want to use High Plasma Beam because the main point of this deck is to increase his hand size to Leona-like heights and if that succeeds HPB becomes almost useless. I could probably fit in Aquakinesis somewhere, probably for the Kabuki Artist if anything else. That will leave me with another spot I need to fill because I'll probably take out the Lord Of The Makai if I take out Kabuki Artist. I'm not intending on using Exist Within's action side at all. I'm going to use it's foundation side in conjunction with Strife's Patronage for even more committal. I use Crack Counter to combo with Experienced Combatant.
