Here is the best place as all news will be generated here first and other places just copy it. I'd recomend Facebook Dust Tactics though as you then hear news about Dust Models straight from Dusts designer.

www.dust-league.com has started linking to as many websites and blogs as possible, with daily updates and new websites added as they are found.
They don't report any news themselves but work like a portal to anything Dust related on the internet.
