Is there an updated tournament rules sheet other than the v1.9 that is currently on the web site, only reason I ask is I keep hearing J Talbain is banned in tournaments but no current rules sheets.

There have been quite a few cards that have been errataed to one or another or banned since 1.9. It would be nice if they'd at least release a 1.9.1 with bannings and errata in it and a reminder that we'll be getting new rules w/ the next set.
