Can i have radioman in the observer team send an order to another unit outside the 12 inch range, and if i have a 2 radioman in the command ranger squad can i make two order outside the 12 inch Range?

The rules say " A Radioman is equipped with a powerful two-way radio and all the right communication codes to relay orders from higher command to the troops. Once per Command phase, the radioman may be used when his unit issues an order, allowing the order to affect a unit outside of Command range."

Now does that mean only one time no matter how many Radioman i have or only with a command team or can it be used per radioman?

I'm pretty sure it's per radioman. So if I have an observer squad joined to my hero who's the command section, that means I can give 2 orders outside the 12" range. Not a bad combo, actually.

On second thought, it must be "per radioman", otherwise the additional radioman platoon upgrade would be pretty worthless.

It does state, "when his unit issues an order" so it is per radio in command squad(s), not per radio in a platoon, per my understanding.

Sorry, yes, I agree - I just meant that 2 radiomen give you 2 orders beyond 12", *if* those 2 radiomen are in your command section (which is possible for observer team if joined with a command section hero.) If the observer squad is a support unit, then it does not help you give orders.
