Pg 78 Special Uses for Commerce (Evaluate) refers to example modifiers above . The example modifiers for Commerce are below.

On page 71 the second example in the gray box reads “…Even though both the guard and Theleus passed their Test, the guard succeeded by a larger margin than Theleus and so has won the Opposed Test. The guard spots Theleus and sounds the alarm!”
But both failed there tests in this example with 42 against 34 and 87 against 29 and to text should read something different like “…Even though both the guard and Theleus failed their Test, Theleus failed by a larger margin than the guard and so has won the Opposed Test. The guard spots Theleus and sounds the alarm!”

On page 74 in the gray box under Materials it reads “…The character then makes an Acquisition Test to buy the materials just as if he were buying an item. Once he has the materials, he can then try to create the item.”
But there are no Acquisition tests in Only War as far as I know.

Also on page 74 in the gray box Crafting under the table 4-3: Crafting Items it reads “The GM can also modify Crafting Tests depending on factors such as the presence of assistants, the workshop or lab available, or an excess of funding or materials. Some example modifiers for crafting can be found in the individual Skill descriptions for Chem-Use, Survival, and Tech-Use.”
But there are no example modifiers under the skill description for Chem-Use, Survival or Tech-Use as far as I can see.

On page 84 in the gray box Special uses for Medicae under First Aid, it states no limit on to how often someone can use first aid, so strctly speaking someone can always heal all damage given enough time.

I'm not certain if this is an omission or not, but Psyniscience is not a Specialty skill… and it really feels like it should be?

Or I could stop assuming Specialty skills are Advanced skills like other systems' rules and actually read. :D Ignore previous.

Yeah, it should be covered in more than just the psyker trait that only psykers can train psyniscience.

Scrutiny, p. 88, the example lists a +0 modifier for reading an auspex. While I get that this may be more narrative in purpose (getting actual details from the sensors), the actual use of an auspex is split between Tech Use and Awareness.

The word finesse is not grimdark enough. I propose substituting it with the word Precision.

Page 86 to 87. The speciallist uses for the skill operate ie surface, aeronautica and voidship appear to be broken dolwn into further specialisations in one of the grey boxes. Every other skill has these grey boxes titled special uses which would fit more accurately with the descriptive text

On page 73, Table 4-2 lists Linguistics with the aptitudes of Intelligence and General. On page 82 where Linguistics has its skill entry, its aptitudes are listed as Intelligence and Knowledge.

Again on table 4-2 page 73, Logic is listed with aptitudes of Intelligence and Knowledge, while on page 83 in its skill entry, it has the aptitudes of Intelligence and General.

I think those got swapped somewhere. Linguistics should probably be Intelligence/General and Logic Intelligence/Knowledge, they just need their entries synced.

I'd say it makes more sense the other way around. Learning a new language requires absorbing a lot of hard data, hence Knowledge, while thinking logically is something everyone can do to some degree, hence General.

Stealth needs Special Uses like Concealment and Silent Move, as there are items that give bonuses to such tests(Chameleoline Cloaks and Strummers),yet both skills no longer exist. Alternately you could change the items, but given the way they work, it seems more practical to add the relevant special uses.

As pointed out previously elsewhere, the Chameleoline Cloak, etc, have been eratta'd in Black Crusade to just apply to Stealth, rather than Concealment, etc. Therefore the items should be changed to give a modifier to Stealth instead.

Table 4-2: Should the Common Lore, Forbidden Lore and Scholastic Lore skills really be interaction skills?
