Harier Bee
E: If this card is added to your momentum from your card pool this turn, add it face up.
E: Reveal 1 copy of this card in your hand. Add the revealed card to your momentum. Your opponent discards 2 cards. Only playable while this card is face up in your momentum.
Since Harrier B's second E is a E:, does that mean I declare the E as the cost, and the effect are"Reveal 1 copy of this card in your hand. Add the revealed card to your momentum. Your opponent discards 2 cards. Only playable while this card is face up in your momentum."
Therefore if I don't have a copy of this card in my hand, I do not add it to my momentum and my opponent STILL discards 2 cards?
