Small question : can I put a resource token on a card with 2 or more resource tokens ?

Would that be different with a text like “… place a resource token on a card with at least one resource token on it” ?

Yes, you can.

It's a condition that is fulfilled if there is a resource token on the card. If there are more, the condition is still fulfilled. If it had to be "exactly one resource token", the card would say so.

It would have been clearer if it had been worded "with one or more resource tokens on it".
