One question for deck build rules

By aoke, in 2. AGoT Rules Discussion

In the rules it said may not contain more than three copies of a card. I'm ok with characters card. what how about attahments and events card and unique locations.

1. So can I have 3 copies of attachments like Ice or Flame-kissed. And like Ice is an unique card, should I use it like unique character cards or some other way.

2. Also about event card. like forever burning can build a deadly combo with Flame-kissed. So if I can have 3 copies of Flame-kissed, can I have 3 copies of Forever Burning too. And what is the meaning of that infinity sign(like a 8 but rotated 90 degree) in front of the card name. I saw that sign in some cards and don't understand its meaning.

3. For unique location like winterfell castle, can I have 3 copies and how to use those copies?

Following questions: Do two same non-unique attachment can attach to 1 characters like 1 character attach 2 Blood of the Dragon.

1. Yes. You can have up to three copies of a card with a particular name. Ice, for example. As it is unique, you can attach extra copies to the first one you play as duplicates. With Ice, though, I'm not sure you'd want to, since you'd lose the dupe if you used its effect.

2. Yes, you can have up to 3 copies of each (and of Incinerate, and Poisoned Wine, &c all in one deck). The Infinity symbol denotes a card that has a built-in recycle effect that can be activated from an out-of-play state (Forever Burning is Deathbound, so you send it to your dead pile not the discard pile when you play it; its text allows you to bring it back from the dead pile). Endless Endurance and Theon Greyjoy (WLL) are other examples of cards with that symbol.

3. You can attach the extras to the card in play as duplicates (as with Ice, above). Those duplicates act the same way as duplicates on characters, granting the copy in play a save effect.

[4.] Absent another play restriction (i.e., card text) that says otherwise (you cannot, for instance, play a second copy of Bastard on a character, even if, for some reason, you really, really want to), you can attach multiple copies of a non-unique attachment to the same card in play, yes.
