The secret objective "Regulator" (in the Shattered Empire expansion) states "I destroyed Space Docks controlled by two different players this turn."

What constitutes "destroyed" and what constitutes "different players" in these conditions?

My biggest question is could I destroy one of my own space docks and one other player's?

I couldn't find anything related to this in the FAQs or in this forum.

For Regulator Secret objective, you must destroy two different opponent's space docks before status phase.

You can do this by "Local Unrest", destroying the Saar space dock in space, capturing a planet with their space dock on it or capturing the space dock for yourself.

It does not matter if the space docks get rebuilt or recaptured.

What matters is….you, personally, removed two different opponent's space docks from the board and placed them into their reinforcements.

Of course those players will not be happy with you, if you do this. Not happy at all.

I would disagree with you on 1 point, Local unrest, you didn't destroy that space dock, the planet was reverted to neutral thus removing it inderectly. However "Industrial Agent" (think that was the name) that destroys 1 space dock would count toward this objective
