Does this mean that you've decided not to dump the game?

It means it is an article for budget / thematic / casual minded people who would like to play the game or for experienced players getting a bit more out of it than they normally would.
Ok, I was just wondering if you had found a solution for yourself to stay and keep playing. I know you invested a lot and were thinking of quitting it.
nice article (he says with olive branch in hand).
a couple of weeks ago my friend and i were discussing playing with unique highlander decks, where only unique cards could have 1 copy.

Yeah, I went home last night and started building mono-faction decks with these guidelines. I cheated here and there, such as using 2 copies of Special Agent Clarkston in my Agency government deck, but on the whole, I have 1 copy of uniques and a couple copies of weenies. Same with locations, but events are 2 or 3x. It was fun exploring the mono-faction space, thinking of them in a vaccuum outside of the "meta" and trying to maximize each houses apparent strengths and flavor.
