Q: The target unit has already used the effect of Necromancy and played back into play from my discard pile.

Is the Necromancy effect of target unit still lasting, after it is placed into my discard pile again?

I would say it has still Necromancy and can be played once more, paying all costs.

It gains Necromancy until end of turn, and gains it while it was already in discard pile, so I see no reason why it should lose this trait while dropping back at the same spot.

I play it that way with sacrificing cards (Slave pens, Whipping, Lashing…) and 0-cost units like Walking Sacrifice, but usually once per turn is enough.
