I would go to twoheadeddragon .com or CSI we try to get scans to THD as often as we can so they are updated.

Yeah i've been checking both of em but unfortunately haven't seen much. I think the last I remember was Soul Calibur promos. Sorry the promos I meant were like prize support, not box toppers etc.
when was the last month you saw prize support? i can scan the latest promos for you, i just need to know how far back i should dig in my binder ^^;;

I guess I saw up to all those soul calibur foundations..Aurelia's Companionship being the latest? I know of Chester's, Greed's, Amy's, Luna's (which I think was for buying stuff)

Wow looks like I missed on some awesome stuff..I guess the new one was zhao because I believe zi mei was for sending in the box flap. Speaking of which, is there a promotion for sending in the box flap for the latest sets?

Ya Zhou Dhyou recently came in and Zi Mei was for the redemption program but now she is in the regular prize pool as well .

The lack of any UFS environment around me at all has meant that I'm way out of the game. However, I have still been trying to collect all the character cards. It seems I'm way out of date, because I had been using CSI to keep track, and they have none of these character cards on their site. Neither does twoheadeddragon, as far as I can see. I've never seen any of these guys before, and they go back to November?
Fantastic. Am I missing anything else? The most recent promo CSI they put up was Vega 4, I think. They don't have Balrog or Blanka but I knew about them. I thought recent league promos had just been non-characters, and I wasn't interested in those.
Is there a better list than CSI or 2HD out there? One that's actually up-to-date?

No those are the best ons to use for now unfortunately they are really busy and it sometimes takes a while to update their data base.

Thanks for the scans, I'd seen Balrog but not Blanka, and he does look spiffy.
Just looking through my binder, there are a lot of gaps, especially where the last couple of sets have released characters a number or two ahead. Have any of these guys been released yet?

okay i couldn't remember. also i won promo blanka on saturday and he is so awesome. i am thinking runing the water seal, the air seal, and the good seal with spike and him will be hilarious.
