The way I have read the rules is that for every two sections you can have 1 support. In a full platoon that is 5 sections (1 command and 4 normal) so in a full platoon can you have 3 walkers?

Axis can have 3 with the extra panzer, but normally 2 per full platoon (5 sections=2 walker support sections).
