The case is this one : I put the eleventh progress token on the 2b quest card, caradhras becomes the actve location…my progress tokens (after the elevnth I put on the quest card) go on the cardhras or go wasted ? and do I have to recalculate the progress even though the quest resolution already took place ? (since my characters get -1 willpower when caradhras becomes active)……..thanks

no you dont need to calcualte- that step already happened when you figured how many to put on 2b

and i believe they get wasted as it wasnt the active location when quest resolution happened
