I've never seen such poor business sense in my life . If you are producing products people both like and want and are keen to buy them off you and your instinct is to refuse all communication then quite honestly get out of the business world. Seriously. This isn't a joke. How much effort can it be to actually talk to the people that pay your wages and show them a little more respect than FFG ever give us.
