Hi All,

I am finally getting around to read my Omens of War, and I am wondering whether those two horses have a mistake. The Wind tracker goes up to 8 for both, yet the Battle-Bred Warhorse has a Strength of 6 (= Wind 6), and can purchase +1 Wind advance once, the Trusty Horse has a Strength of 5 (= Wind 5) and can purchase +1 Wind advance twice. Thus, for both the Wind maximum value will only be 7… so why is the counter going to 8?

Did FFG make any of the following mistake: the strength of both is 1 point higher? the +1 advance can be purchased twice/thrice? the printing of the tracker is wrong?

Any thoughts?

i seem to recall that there's a career ability or something that gives +1 wind. I can't remember what but I noticed the same thing way back when and think I worked that out.

You're right RAR, the Preceptor career has such an ability. I guess a Knight or Outrider could then become a Preceptor.
