If you have a minion with power armour and you can't afford to give him a melta-bomb that he can set and still have a chance to survive and continue serving a purpose, then you're probably doing it wrong.

The breach of a fusion reactor is highly unlikely to result in anything catastrophic. They are quite different from fission reactors.

This is 40k. If something has a techno-babbly word like "fusion" or "reactor", it can most certainly explode.

I'd rather go for the Intelligence advancement. Considering just how difficult PAs are to acquire, you probably would not want to waste one.

It was a question out of curiosity, not an actual intention. I'd rather remote detonate some small mook fallower with half a dozen melta bombs than greater minion with power armour.
If I remember correctly, BoM has some minor rules about damaging power source in sorioritas power armour. If these rules are used with other subsystems, trade (technomancer) and trade (armourer) can now be usefull for repairing/replacing damaged ones.

im sure there are rules in DW for damage to back pack power source can't remembe the page but they are in the armour section
