Bloodmoon's Light Bearers?

By Uvatha, in Talisman Rules Questions

Lets Talk Light Bearers from BM..

If your playing "Bloodbath Talisman" and a player dies and then a player gets to the coc does the player who died still win?

If all the other players die then does the last player still win or does Light Bearers override ALL other victory cons? Also can player Force a trade when they land on another character because IF a player can win when everyone else is dead then it makes for one interesting Talisman game :) "Hey, I'm Good I can't fight you but I can still Spell your A$$ and win when your dead" hehehe…

Right after opening my box, read the card and wanted to vomit. Worst waste of a card EVER! Beyond stupid that ending. No PvP? Pfft. Turning Talisman into a co-op, there are a ton of natural co-ops already out there, couldn't they have given use Pandora's Box instead? It's also very much luck of the draw. IIRC, 2 tokens per player, so 6 tokens around here. That could mean 12 Events and its game over.

After seeing the pic for Judgment Day in Sacred Pool, thought endings couldn't get any worse, but was wrong. Blood Moon Werewolf ending doesn't really bring anything brand new to the mix, but at least we got Horrible Black Void. And luckily, rest of the Blood Moon expansion is very, very good, nipping at the heels of the Reaper expansion, #2 spot in my expansion rankings.

Yeah, but…. How is it played?

This is actually a great ending to introduce new people to the game. If you have 5 people come over to play, and none have played before, Lightbearers is a great way to teach people the game and help them out. and if you are playing a two player game it means you have to play well to win, otherwise your done.
