If i have a shadow card that has come out of shadows into play then can i play duplicate shadow card ?

Yes, if they are Unique, you play them for free as duplicates.

You can also place your duplicates into the Shadow by paying 2 gold, and bring them out by paying the rest of their gold cost. They will attach as duplicate to your Unique card.
