Can you use teleporting abilities in the dragon tower?

there are a few different ways to teleport, if it says not in the inner region, I would assume in the dragon tower is out, but if it says nothing are you ok?

It all depends on the wording on the card.

Most cards are saying that you can use it instead of rolling the die. Those cards do not work in the inner region or dragon tower.

If some cards are saying that you cannot use it in the inner region, then this goes for the dragon tower too.

That makes sense, so if you give up rolling to teleport it's out, and if it's the inner region it's out. awesome, thanks for the clarifications!!
